Blooming Classrooms

Where Your Wellbeing Blooms, Your Classroom Thrives

Our Blooming Classrooms course helps educators reconnect with their passion, manage stress, and respond skilfully to student behaviour.

Thrive in Teaching

Calm the Chaos

Reignite Your Purpose

Many well-intentioned programs address either teacher wellbeing OR classroom management—rarely both.

This disconnect leaves you implementing temporary fixes rather than lasting transformation.

  • That spark that drew you to teaching? Still dimming.

  • Those challenging student behaviours? Still disrupting your day.

  • Your work-life balance? Still tipping the wrong way.

  • Your confidence in your teaching abilities? Still wavering.

The truth? When your wellbeing thrives, your classroom management naturally follows. Without this integrated approach, you'll continue investing time and energy into solutions that can't deliver complete results.

Don't let another school year pass feeling overwhelmed and underequipped. Your students need the refreshed, confident educator you're meant to be.

Nurture Your Wellbeing, Transform Your Classroom with Blooming Classrooms.

What if we told you...

  • Your work as a teacher could be more fulfilling and less stressful.

  • You can reconnect with your passion for teaching.

  • You can develop the tools to respond to challenging behaviours from a place of skill rather than emotion, creating a positive ripple effect throughout your school community.

With Blooming Classrooms, you can gracefully move...

From conflict with difficult students to less power struggles and collaborative behaviour management

From questioning your professional abilities to a sense of achievement and professional confidence

From feeling like challenging behaviours are all about you to understanding what drives behaviour so it becomes less personal

From having a knot in your stomach before you walk into the classroom to feeling empowered to manage anything that comes your way

From feeling bogged down by school admin to having the skills to manage your workload and reduce the excess.

Blooming Classrooms is not just another wellbeing program.

It is a transformative journey developed by the Elevated Educators team, with combined experience and expertise in education and psychology. This course brings together cutting-edge research with a deep understanding of practical classroom realities.

All strategies are practical and easy to implement without adding to a teacher’s already very heavy workload.

The content is relevant and engaging, rather than boring and unhelpful PD.

Blooming Classrooms is flexible, it is delivered online in a way that fits in with a teacher’s lifestyle.

Each of the 6 weekly modules can be completed at home or at school. Module content is delivered in bite size chunks that offer a sense of achievement without the overwhelm.

The fortnightly Q & A coaching calls generate a sense of accountability to motivate teachers to keep up with the course content.

Through collaboration, discussion and empathy participants form a community of professionals that can offer invaluable support.

Feeling like you're expected to hold it all together but no-one is holding you?

We are passionate about supporting the most essential resource in our society –our teachers. We know teachers are feeling stretched thin at the moment with all that is expected of them.

Our shared mission is rooted in the belief that when teachers are supported with evidence-based strategies and a strong community, they can foster resilience, reduce burnout, and bring their best selves to the classroom—ultimately benefiting both their wellbeing and that of their students.

Kind words

This is the course I didn’t know I needed.

It’s more about our mindset and how we turn up which makes us better teachers. It was far more meaningful than I anticipated.

Year 8 teacher, Melbourne

I feel like this course is exactly what I needed as first step to feeling back on track with my teaching!

It is helping me refocus on myself and the things I have control over and helping me regulate my emotions over the things I don't have any control over. Thank you!!!

FAQ

Here are some answers to questions people often ask us.

Is this program only for early career teachers?

Not at all. While new and mid-career teachers benefit greatly, experienced educators also find it valuable, especially in navigating today’s more complex classroom challenges.

Will this help me if I’ve already tried behaviour management training?

Yes. Our approach goes deeper by helping you understand why behaviours happen and how to respond calmly and proactively, not just reactively. Additionally, this course offers strategies to help you manage your stress because even with the best professional practice, there will still be difficult student behaviour at times.

What is the time commitment for the course?

Our programs are designed to be flexible and realistic for busy teachers, with short, self-paced modules and optional live coaching support. The self-paced modules are broken into smaller lessons of 5-10 minutes each. In total the content takes about an hour a week to listen to. The live Q & As are about an hour a week too, depending on the needs of the group.

Is the content trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming?

Yes. Our programs are grounded in current research, including trauma-informed practices and support for neurodivergent students informed by lived experience voices.
