Yes. Our approach goes deeper by helping you understand why behaviours happen and how to respond calmly and proactively, not just reactively. Additionally, this course offers strategies to help you manage your stress because even with the best professional practice, there will still be difficult student behaviour at times.
Our programs are designed to be flexible and realistic for busy teachers, with short, self-paced modules and optional live coaching support. The self-paced modules are broken into smaller lessons of 5-10 minutes each. In total the content takes about an hour a week to listen to. The live Q & As are about an hour a week too, depending on the needs of the group.
Yes. Our programs are grounded in current research, including trauma-informed practices and support for neurodivergent students informed by lived experience voices.
