I'm Lisa.

Mum of 5, wife, passionate teacher, speaker & mentor.

I have always had a love of learning which has driven me to continue my professional enquiry to continuously improve my teaching practice.

I'm Lianne.

Psychologist, coach, mentor – and proud mum of four boys and one cheeky dog.

I’m passionate about sharing practical, evidence-based strategies that empower teachers, school leaders, and those they support to thrive in their work and wellbeing.

What started as conversations between Lisa and Lianne about gaps in teacher resources has evolved into comprehensive professional development offerings.

Their flagship online course is recognised as some of the most valuable professional development available, offering evidence-based solutions that are accessible and proven effective. Educators implementing their strategies report significant improvements in classroom management and wellbeing.

As mothers to nine children between them, Lisa and Lianne bring an authentic understanding of the complex dynamics between schools, parents, and children in today's educational landscape. They've been featured in educational conferences across the country and are frequently invited as guests on podcasts and panels.

Their approach balances compassion with empowerment, giving teachers tools to establish themselves as confident authorities in the classroom while maintaining supportive learning environments. From their home bases in Sydney and Melbourne, they continue to develop resources that are transforming educational practices and improving outcomes for teachers and students.

Work With Us

Lisa has been a classroom teacher for 20 years and has an intricate understanding of the day-to-day stress that teachers experience.

She has been trained by Mark Church from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Simon from Simon Brooks Education as a facilitator for professional learning groups. Lisa has been fortunate to use these skills to facilitate professional growth for teachers in various contexts.

After training with Ross Greene and studying coaching and mentoring, she now runs her own consultancy, supporting schools and families to build systems to differentiate for behaviour.

Lianne has extensive training and experience as a clinical psychologist, working primarily with children, adolescents and their families for over 15 years.

She has worked in public, private and not for profit settings, including in a multidisciplinary practice alongside Developmental Paediatricians, with a focus on assessment and support for young people who are struggling.

In her work she has always focussed not only on the young people in front of her, but has increasingly recognised the importance of bolstering the support systems around them, with immense positive impacts.

Our course empowers teachers with practical strategies that you can implement immediately to confidently manage anything that comes your way and to show up as your best self in the classroom and beyond.
