Educators are expected to respond to increasingly complex
behaviour, diverse learning needs and student wellbeing —
often while managing significant demands on their own time,
energy and wellbeing.
We saw an opportunity to bring two perspectives together:
the psychological understanding of what drives behaviour
and regulation, and the practical understanding of what actually
works inside schools and classrooms.
Elevated Educators was created to bridge that gap. Our aim is
not to give educators more theory or more things to do. It is
to help them understand what is happening, choose responses
more confidently and make the work they are already doing
more effective.
